Most of my life, my writings were largely work related, if you exclude letters to friends or loved ones. Business writing, often, is either to persuade or to inform. As I grew older, I discovered that writing can also be from reflection or experience – looking back while look ahead. This is the genesis of these blogs. Hence the name Anubhava (“Experience”), Rasa (“Essence”).
I have, at least till now, been a Panthatva ie a nomad and so these writings are not based on a single theme, but on random thoughts. Some themes are emerging as I continue to write. For the time being the themes are centred around four subjects – Everyday Life, Office Life, Education and Kitchen Chronicles. As I move ahead in the journey, some more may emerge! For the time being, immerse in them. It would be a pleasure to receive feedback!
In the words of Anne Frank – “The Dairy of a Young Girl” and I quote:
“Anyone who doesn’t write doesn’t know how wonderful it is; I used to bemoan the fact that I couldn’t draw at all, but now I am more than happy that I can at least write. And if I haven’t any talent for writing books or newspaper articles, well, then I can always write for myself.
…I can shake off everything if I write; my sorrows disappear, my courage is reborn.”
