Ours is a family of foodies. For two of them, cooking is a daily addiction and for the other two, a pastime. We also love variety, but at the same time have our own go to comfort food. I do not know where the love started and why we get excited at the sight or smell of good food. Perhaps it is in the genes, I can list some great cooks in the family, for example. Perhaps there is some other reason. I have a theory – it may be the subject of one of the upcoming blogs. So, here is an odyssey into the world of food through my eyes.

This series of blogs are captured under the Kitchen Chronicles category, my first series with a common theme. “Why the name Kitchen Chronicles?” – you might ask. For me the source of good food is the kitchen and so I thought I will name it accordingly. The Kitchen is also where I will be flagging off.
I hope to cover a range of subjects, from the Kitchen, to Chemistry, to stories around my favourite dishes (Aha! there are quite a few) and perhaps some of the restaurants where I found love. This is an initial thought, but may change as I put pen to paper (or fingers to the keyboard – that sounds distasteful!). Do share your experience as the menu unfolds.
